CANCELLATIONS: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN COVID EXPOSURE, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, you MUST call the office at: 832/818-0186. If I don't answer leave your information on my voicemail. Sorry, but last-minute text cancellations are not accepted, except in the case of Covid exposure. Full payment is expected for No Shows and day of service cancellations.
Because Kamala Center for Radiant Health sees clients by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and I request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.
Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time availability for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. New clients should bring their completed health care forms; there is not time in the appointment for completion of forms. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
Due to the recent U.S. social changes that have triggered restrictive laws and policies in Texas on female reproduction and pregnancy through delivery, I am no longer seeing or counseling pregnant women (positive pregnancy test). Failure to comply withState restrictions can result in loss of medical licensing. This would not be fair to my family income or other patients of the practice.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT FERTILITY WORK: For those seeking natural methods toward pregnancy, I am happy to work with you until success (a positive pregnancy test).
RETURN POLICY on PRODUCT PURCHASES, SUPPLEMENT ORDERS
Products: I want you to be pleased with every product you purchase from KCRH. We allow product return of unopened skin and body care products within 2 days of original product purchase. I gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and on opened items that may have caused an allergic reaction*. Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days of original shipment date. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the return. You will incur the cost of shipping the item back to us. Kamala Center for Radiant Health cannot accept returned skin care items if more than 30% of the product has been used. I refund 90% of your original cost. Shipping costs are not refunded. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as I receive your returned shipment. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed to original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, exchange or credit.
*In the case of an allergic reaction to a product, I ask that you take a photo of the reaction and send to me, along with enclosing your original invoice or packing slip noting which product caused the reaction and briefly describe your symptoms. This information will help me inform the manufacturer, who can evaluate testing results on the product being returned.
I will be happy to exchange unopened products and recommend an alternate product from our line within 30 days of your original payment. Please call at 832/818-0186 or email me at docdeb@kamalahealth.com as soon as possible. I will immediately send you the correct/replacement product and instruct you how to return the unwanted/damaged product.
Skincare Product, Herbs, Tinctures,Supplements, and Essential Oils, once opened, are not accepted for refund or exchange due to the whole food nature of the product and possibility of tampering.
